Prices Subject to Change
Prices are subject to change at anytime without prior
notice. Due to the general nature of the telecommunications equipment
market, prices may change due to variables beyond our control. Please
check our website for current prices on the items we supply.

Warranty Policies
1 800 LA Phones offers a one year
warranty on all its phone system equipment. If equipment problems occur
within the first 30 days of arrival, We will advance replace all
problematic equipment with a prepaid call tag to ship equipment back. We
will only replace phones using ground services. If customers would like
to expedite the replacement shipment, they must pay the whole cost of
that shipment. All call tags are issued with ground services freight. A
valid credit card must be on file to qualify for our 30 day advanced
replacement service. Customers have 14 days to return replaced equipment
before being charged for the value of the equipment. After 30 days and
before one year, problematic equipment must be sent back before being
replaced. Customers pay for the shipment back to 1 800 LA Phones, and we
replace the equipment using ground services freight paid for by 1 800 LA
Phones if not otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.

Return Authorizations
1 800 LA Phones accepts returns on new
and refurbished equipment. The restocking fee for all returned equipment
is 20%. Products must be returned within 14 days of invoice. After 14
days, no returns will be authorized. Products must be returned as
received with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Products that are incomplete or defective will be refused. Please call
800-527-4663 for return authorizations.

Technical Support
1 800 LA Phones offers free technical
support to its customers. Free technical support includes isolated phone
and voicemail setup and feature questions. Extensive installation and
programming support is charged $35 1/4 hour by appointment only. For
appointments, call technical support at 800-292-6605.
